The request management process is secured for system users with a limited time of 15 minutes . Related personal information is entered by all users . Our workflow is used so that users can do their job with users of other systems in a specific way with appropriate deadlines and warnings. Tasks can be performed sequentially or in combination, depending on the choice of their owner. These tasks are specific roles in the application process. Also, a list of organizations is provided and used to share with applicants. This business process management process is completely electronic and interactive.
