The seven-step method below Process Identification , it is suggested:

• preparation of birth certificate process; A simple sample ID process is shown below. Other cases, including the field Process, process group, sub-process name and code, and resources can also be included in the process ID.
• Identify the major activities used (at least 5-6 major processes from the supplier of inputs to the manufacturer outputs)
• Determining more detailed activities and connecting between major activities
• Draw the flowchart of the process using the above table

* This question is to determine the time of the desired step; In many cases, it has been seen that by changing the time and when performing a step of the work, it has been helped to speed up the work and improve it.

• When else can it be done?
• Why is it done this way?

D) Employees involved in the process

• Who does it?
• Why is it done by him?
• Who else might or should do it?

E) Process implementation methods

• How is it done?
• Why is it done this way?
• Is it possible or should it be done in another way?
